Shipping policy

Shipment processing time: 

All orders are processed minimum within 3-5 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes:
Yuly Gold is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Can I ship and Order to a foreign country?

Yuly Gold is available to do international shipping.

International Shipping:

For both free and paid deliveries, you will need to make sure that you cover any ingoing customs or taxes cost should any be incurred when shipping to your destination, at Yuly Gold we do our best to deliver within the stated time, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.

International deliveries it is going to take approximately 12 days to reach you destination.

During checkout, XPS Shipping calculates and guarantees your order's international shipping costs. The cost are calculated based on a number of factors, including the number of purchased items, the weight of the items, and the postal code of the destination country.
